Shall Remain in Position

Shall Remain in Position

 Author Darlene J. Conard

Perpetrators are and will remain anytime we seek to do good. No worries, though.

Paul wrote, I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me.”  (Romans 7:27 KJV)

Daniel remained favored after King Belshazzar’s death. King Darius preferred Daniel over presidents and princes to oversee the nation. Why? His spirit was outstanding, had no faults, and remained trustworthy.

Through God, he carried a wisdom that penetrated through mysteries that left scholars empty-handed. For this reason, government officials felt threatened. Presidents of the kingdom, governors, princes, and counselors all united in a meeting to conspire against this upright man, who wasn’t even a Persian by blood. They felt violated that royal protocol was given to a Jew.

Since nothing could be found, his innocence was preyed upon with a concocted scheme of trickery. King Darius had to be convinced to sign a law prohibiting requisitions to any god or man for thirty days. The major hurdle was out of the way. King Darius sealed the order with his signate ring under the trust of legal counsel.

If the decree were broken, they would find themselves in a den of hungry lions. The conspirators knew the king couldn’t back out of a signed agreement. They also knew Daniel prayed at his window to the Almighty thrice daily towards Jerusalem. Oh, what a perfect plan! There was nothing no one could do about it! Reporting back to the king, they announced that Daniel was guilty of breaking the law. I can imagine them running as fast as they could to the king’s throne room, “Treason! Daniel is guilty of treason! Remember, my king, you did sign a decree unbreakable. It clearly states the penalty of the guilty.”

King Darius was furious with himself for signing the decree! He did something fascinating. He declared that Daniel’s God, whom he remained dedicated to, would deliver him.

The decree was still in effect but didn’t apply to him. King Darius shut himself up in his room and fasted for Daniel’s deliverance. He arose at the dawning of the day, hastening to the lion’s den. Upon reaching the mouth of the blocked entrance, calling grievously, “Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to deliver you from the lions?”

“O king, live forever. My God has sent His angel to shut the lion’s mouths so they don’t hurt me because I have been found blameless before Him. Nor have I done no wrong before you.” Overjoyed, the king demanded that Daniel be lifted out of the den.

Remember when I said, “No worries?” it’s true. The deception came back to bite them. The ones involved with the wicked plot ended as planned for Daniel. Mercy fled, and the lions consumed them. Wrong was found in the sight of God and the king. (Daniel chapter 6)

“Keep me from the snares which they have laid for me, and the gins of the workers of iniquity. Let the wicked fall into their nets, whilst that I withal escape.”  (Psalm 141:9,10 KJV) God will also shout the mouths of the lying.

Why believe evil-doers go unpunished? Why believe any lie or accusation lives forever? If we dedicate ourselves as Daniel to God, it will not come to us. “I shall remain in position!”

Idling Again?

Idling Again?

Author Darlene J. Conard

Ants are pesky and relentless creatures, constantly scouring our kitchens, flowerbeds, and any nook where traces of food may linger. Their industrious nature drives them to invade our spaces, creating trails of determination as they hunt for even the smallest morsels left behind. Whether it’s a crumb on the counter or a fallen petal in the garden, these persistent little scavengers never seem to tire in their quest for sustenance!

We can derive a wealth of knowledge from the behavior of ants, as emphasized in the Bible. In Proverbs 6:6-8 (KJV), we are instructed to observe these remarkable creatures: “Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise: Which having no guide, overseer, or ruler, Provideth her meat in the summer, and gathereth her food in the harvest.”

Throughout the warm summer months, they diligently collect food, ensuring they are well-equipped to face the more challenging winter conditions. Their capacity for foresight and teamwork serves as a potent reminder of the values of diligence, planning, and self-discipline, prompting us to examine our habits and motivations in the service of the kingdom of God.

The demands and challenges of everyday life can slowly accumulate over time, evolving into a heavy burden that we often carry without fully recognizing their effect on our well-being. This accumulating weight can drain our energy and enthusiasm, leading to a sense of lethargy that stifles our drive and motivation. As a result, it becomes increasingly complex to engage in meaningful actions or to pursue our true purpose and calling, particularly in our spiritual lives and service to God.

Amid life’s chaotic pace, we might neglect the vital practices that sustain our spiritual health—reading the Bible, studying its teachings, and dedicating time for prayer. These activities are not just rituals; they are essential for nurturing our faith and maintaining our spiritual vitality. When we fail to engage in these practices regularly, we risk spiritually withering away, losing touch with our source of strength and guidance. It is crucial to prioritize these disciplines, as they serve as lifelines that connect us to God and empower us to live out our purpose in the world.

Idleness represents a mental state characterized by weariness and a reluctance to take on the responsibilities that have been entrusted to us by God. It embodies a passive attitude, where one neglects the call to action and falls into a pattern of disengagement from meaningful work and purpose.

We must actively resist the temptation of idleness and wholeheartedly strive to attain all the promises that God has bestowed upon us.

“Slothfulness casteth into a deep sleep; and an idle soul shall suffer hunger.” Proverbs 19:15 KJV

God’s Unchanging Hand

God’s Unchanging Hand

Author Darlene J. Conard

I dedicated a substantial amount of time in quiet anticipation, immersed in prayer and reflection, tuning my heart to hear the whispers of divine guidance. “What message do You have for me, Lord?” I implored, longing for clarity and understanding in the stillness of my spirit.

The melody of an old hymn, “God’s Unchanging Hand,” echoed in my spirit, stirring emotions and memories that had long been buried. The chorus played repeatedly in my thoughts: “Hold to God’s unchanging hand; Build your hopes on things eternal; hold to God’s unchanging hand.”

God is an unchanging force in our lives, a steadfast presence abundant with love, care, and compassion—just as he has been since the dawn of creation. His power is immense, but he can move mountains literally and metaphorically, shaping circumstances in ways we may never fathom. In our moments of great distress, he offers solace that soothes the aching heart and calms the restless spirit, providing comfort that transcends our understanding.

Our paths may sometimes feel rugged and obstructed, yet he clears those barriers through faith and trust, revealing routes we thought were lost. He is ever-present in every moment of our existence, serving as a wellspring of strength and guidance. His unwavering mercy and grace towards us remind us that no fault or mistake separates us from His love; instead, He invites us to seek Him in every situation, illuminating our way forward with profound assurance and hope.

I urge you to remain steadfast during challenging times and to avoid placing your trust solely in what you see, feel, or hear around you. Life can present us with uncertainties and trials that may cloud our judgment and shake our faith. However, I want to remind you that God is unwavering and reliable in every aspect of His existence and dealings. His faithfulness is a constant that never falters, even when circumstances may suggest otherwise. Trust in His promises and hold on tightly to your faith, for He guides us with purpose and love.

… “I am the Lord, I change not.”   Malachi 3:6 (KJV)

A Promise on the Other Side

A Promise on the Other Side

Author Darlene J. Conard

As the first rays of sunlight filtered through the window this morning, I sat in quiet reverence and poured my heart into God. Through a deep self-examination, I delved into the depths of my being, seeking clarity and purpose. In that moment, I humbly implored Him to be my guiding light in every work so that my actions may reflect His glory and grace. “God, I want my life to have meaning.”

We often lose ourselves in the hustle of life, succumbing to frustration, pain, and the belief that we must handle everything on our own. Our eyes are affixed to the clocks on our walls and calendars, thinking, “How much longer, Lord, are my prayers going to linger?” Jesus reminds me of how often He purposely waited to come to Lazarus. (John 11:6) He delayed turning water into wine. (John 2:1-11) Sarah was conceived in her old age. (Genesis 21:2) This miracle was for an appointed time.

In a dream I had a few nights ago, I found myself standing halfway up a towering mountain. As fatigue set in, I halted and expressed, “Lord, I can’t continue. I’m exhausted.” He responded, “Darlene, you cannot descend or linger here. The only path is upward. You must persist in climbing to reach the other side to fulfill the promise.” Tears streamed down my face as I deeply reflected on the vivid and emotional dream that had left a profound impact on me. God embraced me with His strength.

I’m sharing this with you because I understand that you, too, may sometimes feel tired and wonder if you’re making a difference. Or maybe you think God has put your prayer request in a “get to it later basket.” It’s not so. God answers speedily, but He does things the right way. Satan will nag at us by reminding us of pain or failures, convincing us that we’ve messed up so badly that God is teaching us a lesson. It’s not true at all! Remember, Satan is the father of lies!

“For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.”     2 Corinthians 1:20 KJV.

I want to wholeheartedly encourage you to keep your faith and trust in God as you continue to pray. Remain patient and steadfast, for I truly believe that your heartfelt prayers will be answered in due time. Keep holding onto that hope, as it will surely come to fruition!

Thank you Hallie Dickens For this prayer!

Thank you Hallie Dickens For this prayer!

Hallie Dickens is a part of the Glory Carriers Ministry.

I decree and declare all this over Glory Carriers and our families. Anyone who concerns or pertains to us, the body of Christ, President Trump, his family, all his cabinet people and appointees that are of you, Lord, their families, Elon Musk, and his family.

Lord, send your holy angels of all offices, rankings, and divisions to fill our homes, properties, neighborhoods, and vehicles wherever we go – to surround, protect, and prepare the way for us. I pray that a hedge and a shield are always around us, in Jesus’ name.

We rebuke right now, in the spiritual and physical realm – every plot, scheme, contract, altar, curse, word curses, slander, sabotage, attacks, hindrances assignment, weapons, blueprints, interference, strategy, and harm of any kind that would be attempted against us at any time, along with every dimensional avenue, portal, person, animal or thing the enemy would try and use against us –

We rebuke them now and command them to be dismantled, destroyed, disabled, thwarted, disrupted, blocked, nullified, voided, disarmed, canceled, rendered powerless. Their communication lines were disrupted, preventing them from carrying out their plans.

I command that those plans and demons that may try and are sent against us, be bound up and cast into the abyss, to be bound there in the name of Jesus, and not return or have anything sent in their place in Jesus’ name.

I break off from us any residue of any demonic kind, backlash, or retaliation of spirits that are, or will try to come against us right now, in Jesus’ mighty name.

Anyone who has gathered themselves against us will fall now, and their tongues will turn back on themselves.

I bless the sound and air ways and waves and all frequencies in the spiritual and physical realms. I bless the Wi-fi, 5G towers, our cell phones, and any technology we are around.  I bind the enemy from being able to use them against us in any way, shape, or form. I bless any radiation we come into contact with our bodies and bind it from being able to harm us in Jesus’ name.

I bless the air and everything in it that we breathe into our bodies. I bless everything we eat and drink, everything we touch, and everything that touches us to our bodies in Jesus’ name.

I decree and declare that no sickness, disease, infections, parasites, harmful bacteria, poison, nanotech, MRNA’s, toxins, fungus, worms or anything else harmful or dangerous can be on, in, touch or harm us in any way. In Jesus’ mighty name.

I decree and declare that because we walk in the blood of Jesus, it is in and all around us. The blood destroys any of that as soon as it comes into contact with us.

I thank you, Jesus, for your blood and ask that it goes before us to cleanse, purify, and clear the way for us every day in Jesus name.

I decree and declare and come into agreement with Your Word in Isaiah 54:17, that says, no weapon, spiritually or physically, that is formed or fashioned against us shall prosper. I condemn every tongue and evil seeker that rises up against us right now in Jesus’ mighty name. We praise you for that, Lord. Amen.

Trust Without Borders

Trust Without Borders

Author Darlene J. Conard

As the soft glow of dawn crept through the curtains, I lay in bed, cocooned in the warm embrace of my blankets. The world outside stirred gently, a whisper of birdsong filtering into my sleepy awareness. I could feel the weight of slumber still clinging to me, like a cozy fog that wrapped around my mind.

Gradually, the dreamscape receded, and the familiar outlines of my room began to materialize. Sunlight danced across the walls, casting playful shadows that beckoned me to rise. My eyelids fluttered like the delicate wings of a butterfly, hesitant to break from the tranquility I felt.

I took a deep breath, filling my lungs with the cool morning air, and felt the weight of the night beginning to lift. Each sound—a distant car, the rustle of leaves from the wind—pulled me closer to reality, coaxing me from my nest of comfort. I wiggled my toes beneath the covers, testing the waters of the day ahead.

With a languid stretch, I reached for the edge of consciousness, savoring that delicious moment when dreams still linger in the corners of my mind like cherished secrets. I could feel the world outside my window calling, but for now, I allowed myself a few more precious moments in the gentle embrace of morning stillness, being enveloped in God’s holy presence.

You know, trust is such a crucial element that seems to be in short supply, particularly in the chaotic world we inhabit today. I found myself murmuring, “God, I trust You; You are faithful,” as the words escaped my lips. But deep down, I questioned whether I genuinely meant it. Am I strong enough to withstand the trials that time will inevitably bring?

Numbers 23:19 says, “God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

One night, I found myself enveloped in a vivid dream where the Lord beckoned me to step out into the vast expanse of the heavens. A gentle yet commanding voice resonated through the cosmos. “Lord,” I stammered, feeling a swell of fear, “You know I’m terrified of heights.”

“Trust Me,” He replied, His tone steady and reassuring. “Don’t look down. Keep your eyes fixed on Me.” I felt an indescribable pull towards Him, and with a deep breath, I let my fear give way to faith. As I took my first step into the unknown, I felt the reassuring solidity of a stone path forming beneath my feet, firm and unwavering.

In that moment, a profound sense of peace washed over me as I realized He was orchestrating my every step; the ground wasn’t just there by chance. With each step forward, I came to understand that my journey was divinely ordained. All I had to do was place my trust in Him and focus on His unwavering presence.

We must place our unwavering trust in Him with every aspect of our lives, fully aware that He is steadfast and will never let us down.

Already There

Already There

Author Darlene J. Conard

Above my head, a flock of birds broke into flight against the clear blue sky. Stopping for just a brief moment, I closed my eyes, absorbing the delicate touches of cool breezes. Nothing could pull me away from that specific moment. From there, I began to feel an excitement, alive in a way I hadn’t thought for a while. For a moment, I paused as the familiar account of Elijah rehearsed in my spirit.

Elijah, a devoted prophet of God, found himself in grave danger upon learning that Queen Jezebel had vowed to kill all the prophets of the Lord. Fearing for his life, he fled into the wilderness and eventually took refuge in a secluded cave, seeking solace and guidance. Driven by an insatiable longing, his restless soul yearned for answers carried on the gusts of the wind, danced within the flickering flames, and trembled in the vibrations of the earth’s quakes. Yet, amid the chaos of nature’s elements, he discovered that the true essence of understanding lay not in the roar of these forces, but in the soft, gentle whisper that arose from within his spirit.

Amid chaos and turmoil, we often find ourselves feeling adrift, grappling with confusion about our own identity and purpose. It is in these moments of uncertainty that we may forget our true selves and the strength we possess. Just as God took a moment to reaffirm Elijah’s identity, gently reminding him of his sacred role as a prophet, we too can seek that divine reassurance to rediscover who we are and the paths we are meant to follow.

… “in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from  the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.Romans 8:37-39 KJV

Searching For Answers

Searching For Answers

Author Darlene J. Conard

King Saul, once a faithful servant of God, began to stray from his convictions. In a misguided attempt, he convinced himself that he could use evil means to achieve good outcomes. This departure from righteousness led to God withdrawing His presence and favor from Saul.

Desperate for answers, Saul sought the forbidden counsel of the witch of Endor, hoping to gain insight from the spirit world.

The witch conjured a malevolent entity pretending to be the prophet Samuel, who emerged from the grave, conveying a powerful message of condemnation that highlighted Saul’s unfortunate decline from favor. Read 1 Samuel 28)

As I took the time to contemplate this particular Biblical narrative deeply, I found myself grappling with a profound question that resonates throughout our spiritual journeys: how often do we, in our relentless quest for understanding and clarity, seek out sources outside of God for our answers? In moments of uncertainty, we often feel compelled to turn to worldly advice, popular opinions, or even our own reasoning, convinced that these avenues will provide us with the insight we desire. However, in doing so, we frequently find ourselves entangled in a web of confusion and complexity, from which we struggle to escape.

This reflection led me to recognize that while there may be numerous paths we can take and many voices that offer guidance, ultimately, there is only one true answer that can lead us to genuine understanding and peace. It is crucial to remember that relying solely on our own judgment or the transient wisdom of the world can lead us astray, leaving us more lost than before. Instead, turning our hearts and minds to God’s word and His promises is vital for finding the clarity we seek. He is the only truth. My grandmother would say to me, “Darlene, God has all the answers you’re looking for, pray and search His word. He will speak to you.

“Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.”  John 16:13 KJV

Honoring the Fallen

Honoring the Fallen

In loving memory of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice, we come together to pay tribute to our fallen heroes. We pause to reflect on the extraordinary lives of the brave military commanders who selflessly gave their lives in defense of their country. These remarkable individuals not only embodied valor and honor but also demonstrated unparalleled leadership and strength in the face of adversity.

With unwavering resolve, they guided their troops through perilous situations, inspiring courage even in the darkest of times. Their commitment to duty and their unwavering belief in the principles of freedom and justice served as a beacon of hope for those under their command. Each of these commanders faced their challenges with dignity, pushing through hardships to protect and safeguard the lives of countless others.

As we honor their memories, it is vital that we keep the stories of their bravery alive in our hearts and minds. We must also extend our thoughts and prayers to those who continue to serve today, upholding the sacred legacy of duty, honor, and sacrifice that has been passed down through generations. May we never forget the sacrifices made by these courageous individuals, and may our gratitude for their service and dedication inspire us to support and uplift those still on the front lines. Together, let us ensure that their extraordinary legacies endure, as we continually pray for their safety and well-being.

This week, we have decided to pause our blog post publications. I believe it’s important for everyone to take this time to focus on their well-being and safety. I encourage you to take care of yourselves and your loved ones during this period. I look forward to resuming our regular content soon and wish you all the best in the meantime!

Sincerely,

Darlene J. Conard
