An overwhelming peace came over me as I listened to chirping frogs. Newness, life, and joy everything that spring represents reminded me of something else.

Isaiah 43:19 KJV, “Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.”

You see beloved, chaos is not the dominant ruler. You pray for change, and suddenly chaos hits like a hurricane. Everything is completely dismantled, disfigured, and feels different. God didn’t ignore your prayer; chaos is a sign that God is spring cleaning. I dread spring cleaning because of the mess it creates. But to get to the new the old has to be moved out of place. We either dust it, throw it away, or give it away. I’m going to give you a very valuable piece of knowledge. Several months ago, I encountered a situation that I thought would destroy me. Nothing made sense at all, nothing! I prayed and asked God to change it. We expect too often that God is going to snap His fingers to make things better. He can answer speedily, some prayers are quick. When it comes to people it’s a completely different circumstance. Here is what the Lord said to me, “It’s you I am changing. I’m first changing you to get all the impatience, unbelief, and fear out of you. By that time, you’ll be ready for the new.” If you know me, you’ll know that God shows me things through dreams and visions. I asked God, “Can’t you let me see what is going on in this situation?” He replied, “No, because I want you to rely on what I said. I told you to trust me, that I’m working it out.” I took a deep breath and slumped. It’s true, sometimes things don’t look or sound as though God isn’t in it all. Our prayers seem to be bouncing back in our faces. They aren’t. He is taking His time spring cleaning as He sees fit!

I have never felt so energized, full of faith, and courageous as I do now!

 Dear one, take this message to heart. DON’T YOU EVEN CONSIDER GIVING UP!!!! You keep praying, and believing, that God has our backs. Stay encouraged! God is working in your wait! When it comes it will be quick!
