Rejected By Who

Rejected By Who

Author Darlene J Conard

“I’ve repented that I made Saul king. He disobeyed me.” God commanded Saul to destroy the Amalekites, from the king down to the livestock. He discarded the Lord’s instructions. He salvaged their valuables destroying worthless and meaningless things. King Agag came back with him untouched. He was Israel’s enemy.

Saul decided that he would save livestock for an offering at the altar. God rejected Saul for this.  Samuel mourned for Saul. God asked Samuel, “How long will you mourn for Saul, seeing have rejected him from reigning over Israel?”  Nothing could change God’s mind about this.

Recently a friend of mine invited me along with another friend to attend a ministry conference. God revealed to me that someone didn’t agree with me going. God said to me, “My wisdom is higher than their opinion.”

He took me to the Book of Samuel Chapter 15 and the and chapter 16:1, I can be accepted by many people, but if I’m not accepted by God then, I’m lost! My study on this subject has brought light to so many things.

“What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth.” (Romans 8:31-33 KJV) God will justify us, so it doesn’t matter who agrees, rejects or fights. God said it that’s all that’s needed.

John 1:11“He came unto his own, and his own received him not.” Jesus experienced rejection from His very own.

What good would it do to gain the whole world and lose our soul? Matthew 16:26 We must lose our lives to find it.
